Return and Refund Policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return and exchange service for a period of 14 days starting from the date you receive your items. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your items, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions
To ensure your return request is processed smoothly, the returned items must meet the following strict conditions:

The items must be in brand-new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, and all original tags, instruction manuals, and accessories (if applicable) must be included and intact.


3. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are not eligible for return or exchange requests:

Gift Cards

Any liquid products, personal care items, or beauty products that have been opened or used

Special offer or discounted items explicitly marked as "Final Sale"

Personalized or customized items made specifically according to your requests

4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
General Returns (Buyer's Reason): For returns resulting from a change of mind, an incorrect order placed by the buyer, or dissatisfaction with the color/style received (when the item matches the order description), the buyer is solely responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred to return the items. Any original shipping fees paid at the time of your order (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Quality Issues or Incorrect Shipments: We will cover the relevant return/exchange shipping costs only if the item itself has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during transit, or if we shipped the incorrect item.

5. Return Process
Initiating a Request: Please contact our customer support team via email at [Your Customer Service Email Address]. In your email, please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Review and Evidence: If the item is being returned due to transit damage or a defect, please attach clear, high-resolution photos or a video of the item directly to your email as evidence. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Returning the Package: Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the specific address for our return warehouse. Please note: Since the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in most cases, we recommend that you select and use a shipping service that includes a tracking number to ensure the package does not get lost during its return journey. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the items you return.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned package and complete our inspection of its condition, we will send you an email notification confirming that your return has been received and informing you whether your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days.

The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing cycles of your card-issuing bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframe has elapsed, please contact your credit card company or bank first to verify the status.
